ELIGIBILITY FOR THE GUARANTEE

To qualify for the guarantee, customers must:

  1. Have purchased a product directly from On Lock Apparel via our official website.
  2. Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
  3. Provide proof of purchase, for example a receipt or order confirmation.

Eligible reasons for a return under the guarantee include:

  • The product does not meet your expectations in comfort, quality, or fit.
  • You feel the product does not deliver the promised value.

PAYMENT FOR WASTING YOUR TIME

  1. On Lock Apparel may offer a Pay You For Wasting Your Time token of appreciation at its sole discretion.
  2. The payment amount is determined entirely by On Lock Apparel and may vary depending on the nature of the return.
  3. Payment is not guaranteed and is limited to genuine claims that align with the purpose of this guarantee.
  4. Payments may be issued in the form of store credit, free gifts, PayPal, cash, or any other method specified by On Lock Apparel.
  5. This offer is limited to one claim per order.

EXCLUSIONS

The guarantee does not apply to:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear.
  2. Sale items.

GENERAL TERMS

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
