Eligibility
  • Must be purchased directly from On Lock Apparel's official website.
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required.
Eligible Return Reasons
  • Product doesn't meet expectations in comfort, quality, or fit.
  • Product doesn't deliver promised value.
Compensation
  • On Lock Apparel may offer compensation at its sole discretion.
  • Payment amount determined entirely by the company and varies by return nature.

Exclusions

Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned in original, brand new condition — unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping is free for customers who opt into Checkout+; otherwise, customer pays for the return label.
  • For exchanges, return the item; once accepted, new items will ship.
  • To start a return or exchange, email support@onlockapparel.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

Refund Processing

  • We'll notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@onlockapparel.com.au.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason without justification.
  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

  • On Lock Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue any guarantee at any time without notice.
  • Any disputes are governed by the laws of the customer's local jurisdiction.
