Eligibility
- Must be purchased directly from On Lock Apparel's official website.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required.
Eligible Return Reasons

- Product doesn't deliver promised value.

- On Lock Apparel may offer compensation at its sole discretion.

Exclusions

Standard Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be returned in original, brand new condition — unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached.
- Return shipping is free for customers who opt into Checkout+; otherwise, customer pays for the return label.
- For exchanges, return the item; once accepted, new items will ship.

Refund Processing
- We'll notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason without justification.
